Happy Rone – Executive Director
Happy Rone is a lifelong Morgan County local, creative entrepreneur, and proud champion of the community she loves. She opened Jules Enchanting Gifts as a teenager and, nearly three decades later, her shop remains one of Berkeley Springs’ most beloved small businesses – a testament to her dedication, imagination, and unstoppable work ethic.
As Executive Director of the Berkeley Springs–Morgan County Chamber of Commerce, Happy brings that same entrepreneurial spark to the entire region. She leads the Apple Butter Festival, strengthens partnerships across sectors, and helps local businesses connect through outreach, marketing, and genuine neighbor-to-neighbor collaboration. Her deep love for this community guides everything she does – and if it helps Morgan County thrive, she’s all in.
