After two successful and impactful Career Fairs, we’re excited to partner once again with Berkeley Springs High School for our Third Annual Career Fair! This event is about much more than filling open positions, it’s about opening minds. Thank you to CNB Bank & The Morgan County Economic Development Authority for sponsoring this event!
Our goal is to help students explore the wide range of career paths, industries, and opportunities available right here in Morgan County. Whether your business is actively hiring or simply wants to share what a career in your field looks like, your presence matters. Students benefit most from learning how people build careers: what skills are needed, what training or education helps, what a typical day looks like, and what opportunities might exist down the road.
This is a chance to educate, inspire, and spark curiosity – and yes, sometimes that leads to future employees, but the true value is helping students see possibilities they may never have considered.
What to Bring
- Job applications only if you are currently hiring
- Brochures or information about career paths, education, certifications, or training in your industry
- Interactive materials encouraged! Tools, uniforms, visuals, demos, or hands-on items help students connect with what you do
Schedule
- 10:00 AM – Set-up begins (tables are first come, first served)
- 11:00 AM – All businesses fully set up
- 11:30 AM–12:00 PM & 3:00–3:30 PM – Networking & lunch break (Lunch generously provided by Blue Ridge Community & Technical College)
- 3:30–4:30 PM – Open to the public, including job seekers, homeschoolers, and virtual students
Important Notes
- After unloading at the front entrance, parking is available on the baseball field
- Snacks and beverages will be available for participating businesses (Thank you to Trish Starliper, Edward Jones)
- Please plan to remain set up until the event concludes at 4:30 PM

This event is FREE to all local businesses, but registration is required.
